Come in between 8 and 10 AM — blood draw, vitals, and any imaging, usually within an hour.

Eat after your fasting samples are taken. Most reports are verified by early afternoon.

Before you book.
Do I need to fast for every package?
For any package that includes blood sugar or a lipid profile — that's all of them except the Healthy Child Package — fast 10 to 12 hours beforehand. Plain water is fine. Children only need to skip breakfast on the day.
Can you collect samples at home?
Yes, for the blood and urine portions of any package within the Koteshwor area. Imaging (ultrasound, ECG, echo) still needs a clinic visit. Contact us a day ahead to schedule home collection.
Can I add extra tests to a package?
Absolutely — any test from our laboratory menu can be added at package-discounted rates. We always quote the add-on price before running it, so the final bill never surprises you.
When and how do I get my report?
Most package reports are verified the same day and sent as a secure PDF to your WhatsApp or email. A doctor also sits down with you (or calls) to explain the results — that conversation is part of the package price.
