What We Offer
Services built for a single, complete visit.
Consultation, diagnostics, and treatment — coordinated in one place so nothing falls through the cracks.
General Consultation
A general consultation is your first step when you feel unwell, have a health concern, or need advice. We see patients of all ages, from young children to older family members, and we give you the time to explain exactly what is going on.
Common reasons to visit:
- • Fevers, persistent coughs, cold, or flu
- • Stomach aches, headaches, or body pain
- • Managing diabetes, thyroid, or blood pressure
- • Reviewing ongoing medicines and prescription refills
What to expect & prepare:
Our doctor will talk with you, check your vitals, and discuss your symptoms in detail. If you need blood tests or imaging, we perform them right here on-site. Please bring any old prescriptions or medical reports you have from previous doctors.
Vaccination
Staying up to date with vaccines protects you and your children from serious, preventable diseases. We offer a full range of vaccines for kids, adults, and travelers. We also keep a secure digital record of your vaccinations so you never have to worry about losing your card.
Vaccines we provide:
- • Routine childhood immunizations (BCG, Polio, MMR, etc.)
- • Annual flu shots and tetanus booster injections
- • Travel vaccinations for studies or work abroad
- • Home visits (we can send a nurse to vaccinate at home)
What to expect & prepare:
Our nurse will administer the vaccine gently. We ask you to wait in our lobby for 15 minutes afterward just to ensure you feel perfectly fine before heading home. If you have an existing vaccination card, please bring it along so we can update our digital files.
Whole Body Checkup
A whole body checkup helps catch hidden health issues early before they develop. We don't believe in a "one-size-fits-all" panel. Instead, we offer checking options tailored to your age, gender, lifestyle, and family medical history for peace of mind.
What our checkups cover:
- • Vitals, blood pressure, and physical screenings
- • Blood sugar, thyroid, liver, and kidney function tests
- • Complete blood counts, lipids (cholesterol), and urine analysis
- • Vitals, ECG, and a detailed discussion with a physician
What to expect & prepare:
Please fast (no food or drinks except plain water) for 10 to 12 hours before your appointment. You will come in the morning for blood draws, vitals, and tests. Your reports will be ready by the afternoon, and a doctor will explain them to you in simple, clear language.
Diagnostic Imaging
If we need to see what is happening inside your body, we have a modern digital imaging suite right at the clinic. Because our specialists work on-site, we can complete and read your scans quickly without sending you elsewhere.
Our imaging options:
- • Digital X-rays (chest, spine, limbs) with low radiation
- • Abdominal, pelvic, pregnancy, and joint ultrasounds
- • ECG and Echocardiogram to monitor heart function
- • Vascular Doppler studies to check blood flow
What to expect & prepare:
Our imaging studies are quick and completely painless. Some scans, like pelvic ultrasounds, require you to drink water and hold your urine, while abdominal scans require fasting. We will give you simple preparation instructions when you book your slot.
Laboratory Tests
We process blood, urine, and stool samples in our certified in-house laboratory. By analyzing samples right here under strict controls, we make sure your test results are fast, reliable, and sent directly to your doctor's desk.
Common tests we run:
- • Blood count, blood sugar, lipid profiles, and uric acid
- • Thyroid panels, kidney, and liver function panels
- • Dengue, typhoid, and basic infection testing
- • Urine analysis and stool checks
Receiving your results:
Most standard lab results are ready within a few hours. Once our lab director verifies the results, we automatically send a secure PDF report directly to your phone via WhatsApp or email, so you do not have to walk back to the clinic to pick it up.
Minor Procedures
Many simple surgeries and skin treatments do not need a hospital stay. We perform safe, outpatient procedures in our sterile clinic rooms under local anesthesia. This lets you get treated, rest briefly, and head home comfortably the same day.
Outpatient procedures:
- • Stitching minor cuts, dressing wounds, and plastering cracks
- • Removing skin tags, moles, warts, and small cysts
- • Draining painful abscesses or ingrown toenail surgeries
- • Simple biopsies and outpatient gynecological treatments
What to expect & care:
Our specialist will explain the steps, numb the area with a small injection so you don't feel pain, and perform the treatment. Afterward, we'll give you simple instructions on how to keep the wound clean at home and schedule a follow-up visit if needed.
Common Questions
Frequently asked questions.
Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ahead — by phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form — guarantees you a specific time and shorter wait.
Most routine blood work and imaging studies are ready the same day, since everything is processed on-site rather than sent to an outside lab.
Yes — vaccination and basic checkups can be scheduled at your home. Call the clinic to check availability in your area.
We direct-bill Prime Insurance, Shikhar Insurance, IME General, and Sagarmatha Insurance — bring your policy card to the front desk. For any other provider, we issue an itemised claim form you can submit yourself, and our billing desk is happy to walk you through it over the phone.
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and any prior prescriptions, lab reports, or imaging you want your doctor to see. First-time patients also fill out a short intake form at the front desk — arriving 10 minutes early gives you time to finish it before your appointment.
Yes. Our pediatricians see patients from birth through adolescence, and our internal medicine physicians manage care for older adults, including home visits for patients who have difficulty travelling to the clinic. The building is wheelchair-accessible with a ground-floor waiting area.
